This year, Nicholas Ghesquière shows his list of resorts that includes uniforms, utility wear, and something he's calling techno bohème. Stretch fabrics and magnetic closures aside, sooooooo 1960's quote nicholas. fitted and very short blue skirtsuit, hippie blouses, long and full skirts, and tiny bolero vests modern with a futuristic touch.



ACNE RESORT 2011
"We can do what we want," says founder of ACNE, Jonny Johansson. for him, Resort, that meant a collection that was, somewhat incongruously, inspired by Black White + Gray. mix of uptown and downtown, against a backdrop of 1970's NYC. leather pants and waistcoats with butch biker caps. A leather shift dress was saddle-stitched in a technique the Swedes call laskad was how Johansson sees in his collection.
